Accessing & Understanding Your W-2

Tax season requires understanding key documents, like your W-2, which detail your earnings and healthcare coverage. We want to ensure you have the resources available to help you stay informed and confident, whether you're new to filing or need clarification on specific entries.

Accessing WebCenter for W-2s

Current and past employees can access any past and current W-2s or pay stubs through their WebCenter account, found at: www.supplemental.com/login

What You Need To Know:

W-2s are never mailed. You can access your W-2 online (usually after January) at supplemental.com/login

When you click your W-2, it will automatically download to your device.

You are able to access your W-2 (as well as paystubs or any other document) on your mobile device or on a desktop/laptop!

Any address changes received after January will not be reflected on your W-2.

Downloading your W-2

2. Enter your username and password to login.
If you do not know your username and password, you can contact us and we'll assist you in getting access to your account.

3. Once logged in, click "Manage W-2s".

4. Then, click the year desired and then 'Download'.
If you worked at multiple places with us in the selected year, you may have more than one W-2. Use the 'Employer' dropdown to select and download each one.
If this option is greyed out, you’ll only need the one listed!

5. Once downloaded, you should then have the file accessible on your device. You can now view and print your W-2 as needed. 
(Be sure you have all of the pages if your W-2 is longer than one page!)
