Vendor On-Premise (VOP) is an onsite Staffing Manager that helps address the responsibilities associated with managing contract employees. Supplemental Staffing’s VOP works directly from your facility, providing complete management of your contingent workforce. Each VOP location has access to local and national support from our corporate and branch offices.

Temporary - For 1 day or an indefinite time, temporary help is an efficient and cost effective way to handle various staffing needs. Supplemental Staffing supplies applicants for your temporary staffing needs. If you’re not completely satisfied with your temporary employees, just notify us within 4 hours of the start time and you will not be billed. We can send a replacement immediately if you wish. Our Staffing Managers are standing by to assist you. We can turn a headache into a triumph!
Temp-to-Hire takes the best of temporary staffing and the best of direct hire staffing and blends them together. If you are unsure whether your company will need someone long term or short term, or if you simply like to try out a new employee before making a commitment, temp-to-hire staffing may be right for you.
You will work with our Staffing Manager who will recruit, screen resumes, interview candidates, and test candidates in their skill area. When suitable candidates are found, your Staffing Manager will forward the resumes to you for review. We will then schedule interviews for you at your convenience. During the entire process, your time commitment is minimal. We understand that you need to find the right person, fast. That’s why we do the preliminary work for you. But the important decisions are still yours to make.
Direct Hire Staffing – are you are looking for a regular, full-time employee, but you don’t have the time or resources to wade through countless applications and resumes, or to test the skills of applicants? If you need to hire someone as a direct employee, Supplemental Staffing can help you screen and recruit the right person.
You will work with our Staffing Managers who will advertise the position, screen resumes, interview candidates, and test candidates in their skill areas. When qualified candidates are identified, your Staffing Manager will forward the resumes to you for review. We will then schedule interviews for you at your convenience. During the entire process, your time commitment is minimal. We understand that you need to find the right person, fast. That’s why we do the preliminary work for you. But the important decisions are still yours to make.
Payrolling - By quickly transferring employees recruited by clients to our payroll they can respond immediately to heightened productivity demands without maintaining unnecessary personnel through business downturns. Supplemental Staffing will payroll one person or entire departments and assume the following responsibilities:
- Payroll and W-2 preparation
- Employer of record status
- All administrative tasks
- Payment of workers’ compensation and unemployment taxes
- Handle workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
- Payment, processing and reporting of all mandatory payroll taxes
